Partner Program Terms

In plain English: here's what this means for you as a partner.
Refer brands or creators (or both). You earn RM75 for each new client and RM50 per repeat campaign. Talent overrides come out of the creator's payout (with their consent), not our margin. You're paid in the Friday batch once you hit the minimum withdrawal. Fraud voids rewards.
1. Partner types
You can join as a Referral partner (refer brands), a Talent partner (refer/manage creators), or Both.
2. Commission structure
- RM75 per new client referred.
- RM50 per repeat campaign from a referred client.
- Rewards are credited when the referred party pays and are withdrawable after the campaign is delivered.
3. Talent override
Talent override commission is deducted from the creator's payout, not from Creamatch's margin. The creator must consent to the override before it applies.
4. Payout schedule
Partner rewards are paid in the Friday batch via bank transfer, alongside creator payouts.
5. Minimum withdrawal
A minimum withdrawal threshold applies (RM50). Balances below the minimum roll over to the next payout cycle.
6. Partner code of conduct
- No self-referrals, fake accounts, or fabricated leads.
- Represent Creamatch honestly — no misleading claims to brands or creators.
- Respect creator consent for any talent override arrangement.
7. Termination
Fraudulent activity voids affected rewards and may close your partner account. We may modify or end the partner program with 30 days' notice.
