In plain English: here's what this means for you as a brand.
You submit a campaign brief, pay upfront, and we hold your funds until your content is delivered. We match you with vetted creators, manage production, and target a 14-day turnaround. You get up to 2 rounds of amendments. Prices are in MYR + 8% SST. If we can't deliver, you're protected by our refund policy.
1. Campaign submission
You submit a campaign brief (deliverables, audience, references, deadline). You are responsible for the accuracy of your brief and for responding to creator and manager requests in good time so production can proceed.
2. Prepaid escrow model
Creamatch operates on a prepaid model. You pay first; funds are held and released against delivery. A 50% deposit is due on booking and the 50% balance on delivery and approval. Creators are paid out after your campaign is delivered.
3. Pricing & SST
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and subject to 8% Service Tax (SST). SST Registration Number: W10-2509-32000588. SST is shown separately on your invoice.
4. Amendments
You may request up to 2 amendment rounds per deliverable, within the agreed scope of your brief. Changes beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.
5. Delivery timeline
We target a 14-day delivery window per campaign from creator confirmation. Timelines can vary with campaign complexity, amendment rounds, and your response times.
6. If delivery fails
If a campaign cannot be delivered, we will first work to re-match or re-produce. Where delivery is not possible, refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy (see below). Because funds are held in escrow until delivery, your deposit is protected against non-delivery.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy — including the 24-hour window from successful payment, a 1.5% processing fee on approved refunds, and management discretion for exceptional cases.
8. Payment processing
Payments are processed by SenangPay and CommercePay (FPX, debit/credit cards, and supported e-wallets). We do not store your card or banking credentials.
9. Account termination
We may suspend or close brand accounts for non-payment, abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
