Data Deletion Request

1. Your right to deletion

Creamatch is run by Vantora Creative Sdn Bhd (202501019613 (1621026-X)). You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, whether you joined as a creator or a brand, or only ever contacted us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or Threads.

2. If you have a creator account

The fastest way is the request inside your account:

Sign in at app.crea-match.com.
Open your account settings and choose “Request account deletion”.
Confirm. We email you the date it will happen. There is a 48-hour cooling-off period, and you can cancel from your profile page until then.

Your profile is hidden from matching and listings straight away. If we still owe you money, you are on a campaign that has not finished, or a product return is open, we finish those first and then complete the deletion.

3. Brands and everyone else

Brand accounts, and people who only messaged us on WhatsApp or social media, can email us and we will delete the data:

Email privacy@crea-match.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Include the email, phone number or social handle you used with us, so we can find your records.

4. Connected Facebook, Instagram, Threads or TikTok accounts

If you connected a social account to Creamatch, removing Creamatch in that platform's settings, or sending a data deletion request from there, deletes the connected account data we hold. You can also disconnect it inside Creamatch at any time.

5. What gets deleted, and when

We delete or anonymise the personal data linked to your account or contact (profile details, messages and contact information) within 30 days of confirming your request. We keep a limited record where the law requires it, for example payment and tax records, and we tell you if that applies.

6. Questions
